Behavioral Safety
Many safety related incidents that occur on the job are accidents made by well-intended, well-informed employees. On occasion employees who are well aware of safe workplace practices, make wrong choices or develop short-cuts that negatively impact safety. The intent of this course is to develop a corporate-wide safety culture that can eliminate needless accidents. The benefit is a reduction in workers compensation claims and possible OSHA citations. The Behavioral Safety workshop is offered monthly, but may be delivered anytime upon request.  Call to schedule and for complete information.

Occupational Driving Safety

How many sales and marketing reps, service and maintenance technicians, administrative staff or supervisors are on the road for your company right now?  Participants learn how to implement occupational driving policies, create a written driver-safety program, instruct defensive-driving techniques, and promote safe driving information to employees. Our objective is the same as yours—to eliminate tragic and preventable fatalities.

Developing a Safety Culture – Leadership for Safety Management
All team and group leaders, supervisors, safety committee members and safety managers will benefit from this 3-hour workshop. Improve quality, productivity, morale, reduce absenteeism and costs with management level safety awareness and communication skills.
